COVID-19 Operational Plan
As we continue to navigate the current unprecedented challenges due to Covid-19, your health and safety, as well as our team members, remains our top priority. During this period, we will continue to adhere to all federal, state, and local government mandates and public health authority guidelines. As a result, your stay and experience may look different during this time. Every hotel team member is screened daily, for temperature and Coid-19 symptoms prior to the start of each shift. Anyone with temperature or symptoms is immediately sent home to seek medical attention. We ask that you follow all Covid-19 prevention protocols as indicated on the signage throughout the hotel. We will be enforcing masks in public areas inside the hotel and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Your Guest Room
We have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room prior to your arrival. Our IHG Clean Promise assures you a room that meets IHG’s high standards of cleanliness, to learn more, you may visit www.ihg.com/clean. All of our rooms are cleaned with hospital grade cleaning products, as well as all high touch areas, including public spaces, elevators, and restrooms.
We have removed all in-room collateral and high touch items such as pens, note pads, directories, TV guides, and other high touch items for your safety. Out of an abundance of caution, we will only provide room cleaning service upon request or every five days. During service, you must vacate your room and hotel staff is required to wear PPE when servicing your room. All unused amenities such as coffee pods; bathroom toiletries, are discarded and replaced between guest stays. If a repair is needed, the same policy applies, and you will need to vacate your room.
Food & Beverage
Our on-site restaurant is temporarily closed.
Breakfast is available. Our breakfast area has limited occupancy, contact-less delivery available, disposable dishware, and new cleaning processes for the safety of our employees and guests.
Schedule will vary weekly and we strongly encourage you to inquire with the front desk for this week’s availability. You may also scan our dinner menu QR code using you phone camera.
Health & Safety
We've put in place new policies to help our guests physically distance, including limited occupany in our building, distance guides for front desk queues, enforced mask policy in public spaces, regular disinfection of public touch-points, and staff social distancing protocols.
Pool is open from 10am to 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 10am to 10pm on Friday & Saturday.
We are limited to 37 persons in the pool area at one time per Covid-19 state mandate. There will be a pool attendant available to ensure all pool furniture and equipment is disinfected after each use. Wrist bands are required for pool access and outside guests are not allowed.
The Fitness Center is now open daily from 10am to 10pm. Covid-19 restrictions only allow for a maximum of 10 guests at one time and you must sign in at the front desk in order to gain access.
Weather permitting, our outdoor grounds located outside the pool area provides ample social distancing with family activities like Corn Hole, Horseshoe, Badminton, Volleyball, Fishing, and other activities.
