COVID-19 Operational Plan


As we continue to navigate the current unprecedented challenges due to Covid-19, your health and safety, as well as our team members, remains our top priority. During this period, we will continue to adhere to all federal, state and local government mandates and public health authority guidelines. As a result, your stay and experience may look different during this time. Every hotel team member is screened daily, for temperature and Coid-19 symptoms prior to the start of each shift. Anyone with temperature or symptoms is immediately sent home to seek medical attention. We ask that you follow all Covid-19 prevention protocols as indicated on the signage throughout the hotel. We will be enforcing masks in public areas inside the hotel and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Your Guest Room

We have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room prior to your arrival. Our IHG Clean Promise assures you a room that meets IHG’s high standards of cleanliness, to learn more, you may visit

We have removed all in-room collateral and high touch items such as pens, note pads, directories, TV guides, and other high touch items for your safety. Out of an abundance of caution, we will only provide room cleaning service upon request or every five days. During service, you must vacate your room and hotel staff is required to wear PPE when servicing your room. All unused amenities such as coffee pods; bathroom toiletries, are discarded and replaced between guest stays. If a repair is needed, the same policy applies, and you will need to vacate your room.

Food & Beverage

Indoor Dining remains restricted by the state, and therefore, the following service is available:
Breakfast - Grab & Go breakfast is offered every day from 7am to 10am. There are two price options available for sale.

Lunch - Outdoor dining is available from 12:00pm to 5pm at the pool patio. Please check with the front desk for updated service availability as we may only offer pick-up service in the lobby on some days. Lunch menu can be found in the hotel lobby or at . Room service is not available for lunch orders; however, you may order pick-up.

Dinner - Outdoor dining is available from 5:00pm to 9pm at the front of the hotel and at the pool patio. You must check-in at the front desk for your table. Room Service is available in a “knock & drop” style at the door for safety reasons. Dinner menu can be found in the hotel lobby or at


Pool is open from 10am to 10pm and we are limited to 37 persons at one time per state mandate. There will be a pool ambassador available to ensure all pool furniture and equipment is disinfected after each use. We have maximized our outdoor grounds located outside the pool area to provide ample social distancing with family activities like Corn Hole; Horseshoe; Badminton; Volleyball, and other games. All equipment must be signed out by the pool ambassador to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting after each use.
